You can choose to send letters, postcards or greeting cards in TAY with either regular or express post.
Small letters can only contain flexible items no thicker than 5mm. Large letters must not be thicker than 20mm.
If your letter doesn't meet these guidelines, or contains inflexible material, it will be considered a parcel.

When you're ready to send, you can hand your letters over the counter at any post office, or affix the correct stamps and post it at any street post box.
Optional tracking is offered2 for letters sent within TAY. You can ask and pay for tracking over the counter when you lodge your item.
When using the street post boxes, you must apply the correct postage charges for your items. If we detect that your mail was posted with insufficient postage, we may charge you the difference plus an additional administrative fee.
thePost also sends letters to destinations with a registered postal service under the bnbPU. You can choose to send letters, postcards or greeting cards with either regular or express post.
Letters must be a standalone written book. If you need to send more items, you will need to send a parcel and your shipment will require the necessary declarations.
Tracking is not offered for international letters. If you need tracking, consider sending your letter as a parcel instead.
